Congratulations Cascadia Tech Academy Culinary students and staff, 2nd place  out of 7 competitors. Way to go, we are so proud of you!   • New Foundation Chair, Nancy Nunn and New Chair-Elect, Jim West
    New Foundation Chair, Nancy Nunn and New Chair-Elect, Jim West
    The Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation Board has elected Nancy Nunn as their 2018 Foundation Chair and Jim West as Chair-Elect. Nancy Nunn is the owner of Concept Reality specializing in offering solutions to complex machined prototype and production parts for large corporations and medical firms as well as design firms throughout the United States. Jim West is a Commercial Realtor with Zenith Properties specializing in serving local companies to purchase buildings and property for development, and assist them with leasing needs. He is currently serving as the 2018 President for the Southwest WA Contractors Association. He is also a Board member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, and he’s Treasurer of the Greater Clark County Rotary Foundation.

    Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation Chair-Elect Jim West presented Neil Cahoon the Foundation's 2017 Impact Award. The award is for extraordinary support of the Cascadia Tech Foundation and the Cascadia Tech Aviation Program. Thank You Neil!
  • Automotive Tech and Diesel Tech students showing off part of the $40,000 worth of new tools for their programs. Employers are looking forward to these future Auto and Diesel technicians.
  • The Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation Board will present the 2017 Foundation Impact Award to Neil Cahoon. The recognition will be part of Cascadia Tech Academy’s student-prepared gourmet dinner on Friday, January 19, 2018. Cahoon is being recognized for his extraordinary support of the Cascadia Tech Foundation and Cascadia Technical Academy. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he received his Graduate Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Cahoon flew F4 Phantom jets and he taught math at the Air Force Academy. After serving 13 years in the Air Force he worked 27 years flying for Delta Airlines before retiring. Cahoon currently serves on the Cascadia Tech Academy Aviation program advisory committee and he volunteers every Wednesday in the Aviation program to work with students on the school’s FAA approved flight simulators. In addition, he is writing curriculum to be used for the flight simulator instruction. He also supports the Cascadia Tech Foundation’s Annual Dinner and Auction. Thank You Neil Cahoon!
